Our team consists of highly skilled young professionals working remotely from around the world. Over the past three years, the project has grown 10x, and we have many ideas for business development. We are constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team.

We are looking for a proactive Lead Product Analyst who is passionate about data and growth. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you don’t wait for assignments but actively seek out opportunities to improve key business metrics through data analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Continuously analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Conduct Bayesian A/B tests to evaluate and improve features.
• Work closely with the product team to shape data-driven strategies.
• Utilize ClickHouse, SQL, and other analytical tools to extract insights.
• Set up and interpret experiments using GrowthBook (ideal but not mandatory).
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience and revenue.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics.

What We Expect From You:

• Experience in product analytics with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of Bayesian A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and ClickHouse for large-scale data analysis.
• Ability to independently find insights and drive product decisions.
• Experience with GrowthBook (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

Conditions:

• Entering into a contract with a contractor (individual entrepreneur or private individual) without formal employment in the company.
• Completely remote work from any location worldwide.
